With my grandkids living just across the street, I need a vacuum that is lightweight and easy to use. We’re always doing something; mostly it ends up being something messy. We do a lot of baking and all kinds of crafting projects.
God bless their little hearts, but they’re always picking up more than their tiny hands can hold. It’s is hard enough to get one mess cleaned up, before they have started to make another one.
My Big Vacuum Was A Hassle
It was always such a hassle struggling with my heavy vacuum. It was too much work and it took way to long. I needed a vacuum that was lightweight, easy to use and powerful enough to pick up the bigger things like craft beads and rhinestones. I had tried all kinds of newer vacuums, and they were okay, but they were either not strong enough or they didn’t last very long.
I bought the new Swivel Sweeper G2, and cleaning is a breeze for quick touch ups and the tough messy jobs. I got a great deal ordering on the internet. I got 2 for the price of 1,and they came with the amazing Mini Sweeper. You can’t beat that deal anywhere!
Things I Really Like About The Swivel Sweeper G2
1. I‘m teaching the grandkids to pick up after their projects and because it’s cordless I don’t have to worry about them tripping over cords.
2. The swivel head makes it easy for them to glide it across my wood floor without scratching it and easy enough for them to maneuver around and under things.
3. It’s been powerful enough to pick up everything from the baking flops to our crafting messes.
4. Clean up time is cut in half with the 4 side suction.
5. I love the touchless dirt tray.
6. The Mini Sweeper is perfect for our quick counter top and table cleanups.
7. I just plug the batteries into the battery charger and we’re ready for our next project.
Where Can You Buy It?
I am always searching online for crafts, projects and supplies. I came across the Swivel Sweeper site. I had seen the infomercial and thought I might give it a try but never got around to it.
I saw it at Walmart too but I knew I could get a better deal online and try it free for 30 days. After seeing the infomercial video again I knew that it was time to buy it.
They had a 60 money back guarantee so if I didn’t like it I could return it. It cost 2 payments of $19.99 plus S&H and it included a Mini Sweeper. Walmart couldn’t beat that deal.
I keep the Mini Sweeper in my pocketbook. It’s really handy for picking up quick messes when I am out with the grandkids.
They were offering a 2nd one free after p&h which also came with the Mini Sweeper. That was a great gift for my grandkids to keep them cleaning when their home. They were even offering a $25.00 Walmart gift card for purchasing the Swivel Sweeper, so it really was an offer I couldn’t refuse.
I found everything I was looking for in the Swivel Sweeper G2.
I hope you found my review helpful. If you want to get all the bonuses and try it before you buy it click the banner below. I’m sure you’ll love yours too.
I have read some Swivel Sweeper G2 complaints that I wanted to discuss here. You just need to understand how Swivel Sweeper G2 works. It is not a vacuum. There is no suction. It is nothing more than a sweeper. It has round brushes on all sides that sweep dirt into a tray. And that’s all that it does. However, it does that so well that my floors are cleaner than they’ve ever been.
I run my Swivel Sweeper G2 around maybe once a day, and it’s just great. I empty the little tray, which is extremely easy to detach and re-attach as the head of the unit is on the floor. You don’t have to pick the unit up and hold it over the trash. Then it just snaps back on with a good, confirming click. I would plan on emptying the tray every time you use it, because this thing picks up dust and everything.
Another complaint I hear about is about the Swivel Sweeper G2 brushes. From time to time you need to clean the Swivel Sweeper G2 brushes. Threads can get wound around and while they are just not a problem to pull off, you don’t want them getting too wound up. It’s just not a problem at all. I use the little cleaning tool that came with it and it works fine.
There are a few things to remember, but this little unit is so incredibly handy, that none of the above things are worth worrying about. As for it working on carpets, it does okay on short pile carpet. You will hear the motor slow down a little. But it’s meant mainly for floors. But I can’t complain because it does a great job on my carpet.
I also love the fact that it has a magnet on one side of the head and on the handle. I love this because it stores in narrow places.
I have come to realize that most of the Swivel Sweeper G2 complaints are because the users expected the same results they got from their big vacuums. You can’t expect it to be a vacuum because it’s not. You do need to do whatever you can to maximize its battery life between charges. I found just following the instructions and charging it only as long as it is needed works great.
I just absolutely love my Swivel Sweeper G2. I track dirt in from the barn and from the outside, and it is so handy for daily maintenance of kitchen and bathroom floors. I haven’t vacuumed my kitchen floor for over a month because I use my Swivel Sweeper G2 now. I just run the sweeper around and it gets into all sorts of crevices and corners.
One small complaint. It isn’t really a complaint more of a caution. I am very careful not to run it over water or other spills (particularly anything sticky!). The reason is because those brushes are obviously going to have dirt encounters, that’s what they’re for. Any liquid, I’m quite sure, would just make for gunking them up.The good news is it runs on batteries so there is no worrying about getting shocked like you would have with a regular vacuum cleaner.
I hope this is helpful, because the reviews I’ve read would have dissuaded me from having ever tried it. But they were simply complaints about the above things which are quite easy to avoid.
I imagine that most individuals had been in all probability introduced to the cordless Swivel Sweeper G2 just like me, via an infomercial on TV. The TV commercial said, the Swivel Sweeper G2 is recognized as a cordless, lightweight vacuum cleaner which functions on all floor varieties. It has a quiet motor and four rotating brushes. The head of the cordless Swivel Sweeper rotates 360 degrees for straightforward maneuvering about furniture along with other obstacles. It looked like it did an excellent job and was light weight and simple to make use of.
I have been tired of taking out my large, stinky old vacuum so I broke down and bought one about a few months ago. I paid $19.95 plus S&H. It was a special buy one cordless Swivel Sweeper G2 and get one free offer so I figured if it wasn’t that good I had extra parts if I needed them.
When my Swivel Sweeper G2 arrived, I was anxious to give it a test run. Right off the bat I observed is that it truly is surely light – only two pounds! I tried it out on my hardwood floors and it worked wonderful. It actually has sliders on the bottom as an alternative to wheels, so it does indeed float over hardwood and laminate surface types.
My floors like most, have crumbs, some pet hair and dust bunnies. The cordless Swivel Sweeper G2 took care of all of these. It’s good for challenging to vacuum places like beneath tables and chairs. I no longer must waste 10 minutes moving chairs to vacuum for only two minutes.
One factor that I was wary of was the chore of cleaning the Swivel Sweeper’s brushes. I hate getting my hands dirty or messing with the junk I just swept up. Even so, emptying the collection tray is quick. Just slide over 2 tabs but then you have to clean the four cleaning heads. These things get coated in lint. The Swivel Sweeper does include a unique cleaning tool created specifically for this job. The tool performs very well.
One complaint I had heard was concerning the battery on the cordless Swivel Sweeper G2, which I located to run for about 30-35 minutes out of the box instead of the 45 minutes advertised on TV. Quite a few individuals seem to be overcharging their batteries and thus successfully killing it following a couple months.
I have been careful to take my sweeper off the charger after permitting it to charge for the recommended charging time. I also try to drain the battery totally prior to recharging. But this definitely hasn’t been an issue because I have two batteries. But even with two batteries I hardly ever, if ever vacuum for a lot more then 35 minutes.
All in all, the Swivel Sweeper G2 has undoubtedly been worth $20. I could be prepared to purchase an additional one if the battery does go out on it. For fast tasks within the kitchen and living room, it truly is just a lot less complicated to grab the Swivel Sweeper G2 instead of dragging out my vacuum. It gets “two thumbs up” from me!
